We do ask for a non-refundable deposit upon booking. We will send a link over for payment if booking app is not being used. No appointment will be confirmed until payment is received. Booking deposit is refundable/transferable if your appointment is cancelled or rearranged within 24 hours before your appointment date.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any appointment 10 minutes or more late, may have to be rescheduled due to next appointment. We can not guarantee that we can accommodate you if you are late.

Payment for your casting is taken in FULL on appointment day. We accept correct cash, card, bank transfer and PayPal payments.

We do have Klarna & PayPal pay in 3 available for payment plans. Please ask us in your appointment request regarding this as this needs to be set up prior to appointment.

Please read our full FAQ section on our website. Collection times and information regarding appointment will be found there. After your appointment, we will give you a link & code to track your order status. At the moment, we are finding this the quickest & easiest way to communicate as sending regular updates to each individual is adding to admin time. Please remember the completion time is completely approximate and can vary significantly. Memorial and time sensitive castings vary our completion time all of the time, along with material delays.

The studio is a messy environment, please do not attend wearing your best clothes. As much as we try to keep you clean, spillages can happen!
